To secure your booking for any of our contracted services, a certain upfront payment is necessary. The remaining balance can be paid before leaving your home country or upon arrival in India, but it must be paid before service initiation. The decision of the exact amount to be paid in advance is at the discretion of our management team and will depend on the type of service and the time remaining before the service begins.
In specific scenarios such as Special Train Trips, hotel or resort reservations during high-demand periods (Christmas, New Year), complete payment upfront may be necessary.
You can buy the package in advance with our online tour booking facility and pay using your Credit/Debit cards online.
At the time a tour is confirmed by a traveler and by Indian Tour Makers, 60% of the total tour cost should be paid, the balance becoming payable one week prior to travel.
You can pay online using the payment gateway links available online or upon request, Or you can shop online and pay online for the shoppable packages in our online tour booking page.
For those residing outside of India, payments can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank.
Should you need to cancel your tour/travel services for any given reason, we must receive a written notification. Cancellation charges will be applied from the date of receipt of the written cancellation, with charges outlined as follows:
Special cancellation policies apply to Special Trains Trips and peak season hotel bookings and will be provided as necessary.
Please note: Written cancellations are accepted on all weekdays, excluding Sundays. Cancellations received on Sundays will be processed on the next working day (Monday).
For the holiday period from December 20th to January 5th, all payments are non-refundable.
If the trip is canceled after it has begun, any refund would be limited to the amount we are able to recover from our hoteliers/contractors and would not cover unused accommodations, chartered transportation, missed meals, etc., for which we cannot provide a refund.

Reservations for wildlife safaris in any of India’s Wildlife National Parks/Sanctuaries are non-refundable. Any requests for date changes will be treated as cancellations and no refund or adjustments will be provided.
Please be aware that if there are any increases in entrance fees for monuments/museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India after the finalization of the Tour/service Cost, these additional costs will be charged.
Indiantourmakers.com serves as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and contractors providing other services. Any exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued by us adhere to the terms and conditions under which these services are provided.
All trip schedules are meant to be representative, providing a general idea of the itinerary. Factors such as weather, road conditions, and the physical abilities of participants may necessitate changes to the itinerary either prior to or during the tour. We reserve the right to alter any itinerary for the safety, comfort, and general wellbeing of the trip participants.
Our rates are based on current agreements with hotels and airlines. However, these entities reserve the right to modify their rates. In such cases, we reserve the right to adjust our quoted rates accordingly. All hotel reservations are based on standard check-in and check-out times unless otherwise specified in the itinerary.
We are not liable for any delays, alterations in the program, or any additional expenses incurred due to natural disasters, flight cancellations, accidents, machinery or equipment breakdown, weather, sickness, landslides, political disruptions, or any unexpected incidents.
We are not responsible for any harm, loss, or damages to individuals, property, or any other related to accommodations, transport, or other services resulting from acts of GOD, hazards, fires, accidents, machinery or equipment breakdown, wars, civil unrest, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, regulations imposed by medical or customs departments, defaults, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
We do not offer any insurance policy covering expenses for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or other reasons. Clients are advised to arrange for such insurance coverage in their home country. At all times, all luggage & personal belongings are at the client’s risk.
Please note: We are not responsible for any costs arising due to unforeseen circumstances like landslides, roadblocks, bad weather, etc.
